Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?

We are not set up with Medicaid. Medicare rarely covers non-emergency transportation. We do recommend asking any insurance provider whether they will cover our services. We are happy to work with all insurance providers and will provide any information they require.

How far will you go?

Do you provide patient oxygen?

Clear Choice Express does not carry oxygen on their vehicles, however passengers are allowed to carry their own oxygen with them on any transport.

What is your payment policy and what forms of payment do you accept?

We like to make our payment process as easy as possible. We accept payment upon completion of transport by cash, check or credit card.

Our door-through-door transport policy is for individuals that require assistance from their pickup and drop off.
